Do I need a special license to drive a motor home?
A:
No,
it is not an oversize vehicle, and you are not driving passengers for a
fee.
Q: Is
a motor home difficult to drive?
A:
It’s
no different than driving a large van, you just need to be mindful of its
length, width and height.
Q: Why
cant I take more than 6 people?
A:
By
law there must be one seat belt for every person, and there are only 6 passenger
seat belts.
Q: How
much gas does a motor home use?
A:
It
gets about 10 miles per gallon and has a 55 gallon tank. This means you
can travel about 500 miles between fill ups.
Q:
Do I need any additional insurance?
A:
No,
the units are covered by our insurance, although you may want to notify
your insurance company, to see if they cover the $500 deductible for the
motor home or the $250 deductible for the folding camper.
Q:
Do I need a particular hitch receiver for the folding camper?
A:
No,
we will provide the ball and ball mounts to fit your receiver.
Q:
Does the folding camper have a refrigerator and furnace?

No,
it only has a sink, stove, and outside gas grill.
