By submitting an application, you are agreeing to the te terms outlined on this page.

Rates

Year-Round
5-7 nights* ........................................... $220.00
4 or less nights* ................................... $195.00
*Rates above are for the entire unit of time, not per day. 7 nights is not the maximium time you can rent. Charges are combined to determine price.
Deposits

A minimum deposit of $50.00 per rental is required to hold a reservation and will be applied toward the total charges.

A security deposit of $250.00 cash or credit card is due on the day of departure and will be refunded seven working days after the unit has been returned in the same condition as delivered.

Pick-up and return
Pick-up will be by appointment
Please allow 1 hour for training and instructions.
All charges and security deposit are due the day of departure. Payments are accepted in cash or by credit card.
Returns will be by appointment
Additional charges incurred during rental period will be deducted from the $250.00 security deposit. Important! The penalty for late returns is as follows:
$20.00 per hour or $100.00 per day

Additional Rental Information
Restrictions
NO pets
NO smoking
NO towing
NO refunds for early return
NO one under 25 years of age may rent or operate RV
Valid driver’s license and insurance card are required for rental.

Failure to comply with these conditions will result in breach of rental agreement and surrender of insurance coverage.
Cancellation Charges
Up to 30 days prior to rental date, full deposit refund less $20.00.
29 to 15 days prior to rental date, 50% of deposit will be refunded.
14 days or less prior to rental date, 20% of deposit will be refunded.
No-show, no refund on deposit
If you are involved in an accident
You must notify the insurance company and Family Time RV’s within 24 hours, and a full written police report must be submitted to our management upon return.
Rental units carry a $250 deductible.

Please notify your insurance company of the $250 deductible on our rental units insurance.
